Page and engagement
For general product and content understanding, not individual profiling: page views, session and engagement signals, a first 90% page scroll, outbound clicks, and file downloads if files are added later.
GA4 automatic measurementHow ryoi.ai handles information, accounts and your privacy choices. ryoi.ai is based in Japan and serves users internationally. Effective 4 October 2026.
ryoi.ai is responsible for information handled by this website and the services that identify this page as their privacy notice. Support and privacy requests go to hello@ryoi.ai.
Each product’s disclosures explain its particular information handling. A product with a separate privacy policy keeps that policy unless a change is communicated. This website has no account registration; account features in other services do not turn a visit here into an account.
A service with sign-in may need an email address, an account ID, a sign-in provider ID and session information. A profile or submitted material may add other information. The product explains which of these it actually uses and what is optional.
Those details can support access to the account, requested features, account administration and assistance when something goes wrong. An external sign-in provider has its own information-handling rules. This page does not mean every product collects every item listed here.
The reason for collecting information should be clear when a feature asks for it, along with whether the feature needs it to work. The product’s notice identifies any applicable legal basis, such as your requested contract, consent, a legal duty or a specific legitimate interest.
Agreeing to terms does not approve every possible use of information. Optional measurement remains a separate choice. Selling submitted material, advertising use or AI-training use is not authorised by this notice; any such proposal needs its own accurate disclosure and any choice the law requires.
External services can help deliver hosting, sign-in or messages. The website’s Contact and analytics providers are described below. Other products need their own provider, location and transfer disclosures before this notice can cover their processing.
Information may be handled outside Japan. Any required transfer protection or consent must match the actual arrangement. ryoi.ai is responsible for safeguards appropriate to the information involved, access restrictions and applicable incident handling; no online system can guarantee perfect security.
The period for keeping information depends on what it is used for and any applicable legal or security requirement. A product’s notice needs to state a period or explain the criteria used to decide it, including relevant logs and backups. The Contact provider’s published period appears below.
You can use a product’s available deletion controls or email hello@ryoi.ai. Deletion may have lawful exceptions and a backup-removal schedule. Closing an account is not a promise that every backup disappears immediately.
Depending on applicable law, you may be entitled to obtain, correct, erase or transfer your information, limit or object to its use, or withdraw consent. Withdrawal affects future consent-based use, not the lawfulness of earlier use. You may also complain to Japan’s Personal Information Protection Commission or another relevant privacy authority.
Send requests to hello@ryoi.ai. An appropriate identity check may be needed; please do not attach identity documents or unnecessary sensitive details to the inquiry form. Products explain their age requirements and any handling of children’s information. Changes to this notice will receive any notice or renewed consent required by law.
The Contact form asks only for an email address and Work details to receive and answer an inquiry. When you choose Send, the site sends those details to FormSubmit for delivery to hello@ryoi.ai. FormSubmit documents that submissions are retained for 30 days. ryoi.ai does not add a separate contact database or archive.
Contact values, message text, provider responses, and errors are not sent to Google Analytics. ryoi.ai uses Google Analytics 4 only after you explicitly allow optional analytics. If optional analytics is allowed, ryoi.ai records only a parameter-free successful-submission event after FormSubmit confirms success.
Analytics is off until you allow it. Declining keeps the Google tag unloaded and sends no Analytics measurement. If you allow analytics, ryoi.ai loads the direct Google tag for the authorized ryoi.ai GA4 property. Google acts as the analytics service provider and processes the measured data for that service.
Advertising storage, advertising user data, advertising personalization, Google Ads features, Google Signals, remarketing, User-ID, and cross-domain tracking remain disabled.
For general product and content understanding, not individual profiling: page views, session and engagement signals, a first 90% page scroll, outbound clicks, and file downloads if files are added later.
GA4 automatic measurementStable categories for navigation, public product and Journal interest, theme changes, menu opening, and a provider-confirmed successful inquiry.
Allow-listed values onlyGA4 may process the page location and general device, browser, and approximate geographic context that accompany consented measurement.
Service contextNames, email addresses, Work details, provider responses, submission errors, private identifiers, financial information, form fields, mouse movement, and full external URLs are not custom event parameters.
No advertising featuresYour Allow or Decline choice is stored in this browser so it can be applied before measurement on later ryoi.ai pages. Use Analytics settings at any time to allow, decline, or keep your current choice. Revoking consent stops future site measurement and removes GA cookies within the ryoi.ai site scope where technically safe.
This implementation reflects Ryoi's current conservative product choice. It is a factual description of the site, not a legal guarantee or legal advice.
